The hugely successful Spring Alpaca Fiesta, which has taken place at Purston Manor, near Brackley for the last 7 years is moving in 2010 to the Blackdown Buildings at the National Agricultural Centre at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire. The Event will be an even larger and better Two Day Festival for 2010, with all aspects of the Alpaca Industry on display, from more than 300 alpacas themselves, to a selection of beautiful alpaca fashion garments to be purchased.
There will be a large Halter Show with more than 40 classes, organised by members of the Regional group of the British Alpaca Society. At the same time, the 8th year of the Heart of England Event and Sale run by the Breeders Group will have a range of more than 50 top quality female alpacas and stud quality males for sale.
This really will be a superb opportunity for any current or future alpaca owner to meet a large number of local Breeders and to inspect some of the finest alpacas in the UK. In 2009 more than 400 people attended the Fiesta which also features many Trade Stands and excellent catering.
